Be it known that Margaret Annie Theakston of 6 Beaumont Crescent, West Kensington, in the county of Middlesex, widow, died on the 22nd January 1929 at 103 St Dunstans Road, Hammersmith in the said county. And be it further known that at the date hereunder written the last will and testament of the said deceased was proved and registered in the Principal Probate Registry of His Majesty's High Court of Justice, and that administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said deceased was granted by the afore said Court to the Public Trustee and Isabel Calvert of 14 Finkle Street, Richmond, in the county of York (wife of Philip Wharton Wakefield Calvert) sister of deceased, the executors named in the said will.

Will dated 16th March 1929. Gross value of estate £203 4s 8d.

This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Annie Theakston of 6 Beaumont Crescent, West Kensington in the county of London, widow. I appoint the Public Trustees and my sister Isabel Calvert to be the executors and trustees hereof. I give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal to my son Alfred Francis Theakston and my daughter Hilda Radford in equal shares.
